## Sarah_Miller720 Group Title 3x – 7y < –21 one year ago one year ago

1. Sarah_Miller720

i think this graph represents the equation. Am i right? If not how do i figure it out?

2. Mertsj

$3x-7y<-21$ $-7y<-3x-21$ $y>- \frac{3}{7}x+3$

3. Mertsj

Sorry, Sarah, that should be + 3/7 for the slope.

4. Mertsj

So we see that the y intercept is 3 and the slope is up three and over 7.

5. Mertsj

And, the line should be dotted and since it is "greater than", shade above the line.

6. Sarah_Miller720

So i got the graph correct then ? :D

7. Mertsj

yes

8. Mertsj

Good job
