would you do more work walking up a flight of steps or running up the same steps? would you excert more power when running? explain

    Work =Force x Distance so you're doing the same amount of work in either case. Power = work/time so you are using more power when running up the steps since you're accomplishing the same amount of work in a shorter amount of time.
