Love is a combination of devotion, sacrifice, compromise, and self-respect. It is the feeling that there is something or someone that makes you a better person, but does not replace your own identity. It is also sincerity. You cannot love something based on an illusion of it and call it true. Love is the realization that life, nature and humanity is not perfect and the acceptance of the flaws diminishing importance under the other more perfected components of the person or thing.

So emotional connects and the effects of separation indicate "Love" for you Uri. :) What about Love for other things, such as Nature, Writing, Honor.... If you do not get butterflies in your stomach when not around or doing them... How does that fit into Love?

Love is the greatest feeling, Love is like a play, Love is what I feel for you,Each and every day, Love is like a smile, Love is like a song, Love is a great emotion,That keeps us going strong, I love you with my heart, My body and my soul, I love the way I keep loving, Like a love I can‘t control, So remember when your eyes meet mine, I love you with all my heart, And I have poured my entire soul into you, Right from the very start..... HOW MANY ACCEPT THIS HAPPENS EVERYDAY....ATLEAST IN HERE....??

When you say you have poured your entire soul into this love, right from the very start.... What is your definition of "soul"? Is it saying that you have in essence merged your identities and poured your very fiber into making this love last? Or that you are dedicated and committed?

I like your illustration. So you think there is a tie between the destruction of love and the inception of hate? That is a very interesting observation.... Is it then perhaps the lack of love or that feeling that leads to destructive behaviors and cruelty? Your illustration brings up interesting points about the function of innate evil or corruption in humanity and the presence of outside experiences and factors that create cruelty and hate... I like your reference to seeds and growth for both love and hate. Nice illustration.

Okay, This is how many people approach a relationship. Consciously or unconsciously, they believe love is a sensation (based on physical and emotional attraction) that magically, spontaneously generates when Mr. or Ms. Right appears. And just as easily, it can spontaneously degenerate when the magic "just isn't there" anymore. You fall in love, and you can fall out of it. The key word is passivity. Erich Fromm, in his famous treatise "The Art of Loving," noted the sad consequence of this misconception: "There is hardly any activity, any enterprise, which is started with such tremendous hopes and expectations, and yet, which fails so regularly, as love." (That was back in 1956 ― chances are he'd be even more pessimistic today.) :DDD

If one person doesn't feel the same, although it may feel like real love, it's not meant to be if the other person doesn't have that same connection with you, love is when you feel like that about eachother... Not just one way. In my opinion..
