I understand that it's trying to say "the bread is under the table." But I hear "debajo" used more often than "bajo," when we're trying to say "under." Option B makes no sense at all. And that leaves us with C. "El vaso está encima de la mesa." "The glass is on top of the table." We know that "encima" means "above," or "on top." It makes perfect sense.
