Which of the following fractions can be used in the conversion of 1450 cm3 to the unit km3?

    This is a tricky one: it's between the first and the last answers because the second one is wrong and the third is irrelevant. It is true that there are 100cm per metre and I think the answer will be much smaller value expressed in km3 so I'd go for one that makes it smaller.
