    cos(45) = 17/x 0.707 = 17/x Multiply both sides by x. 0.707x = 17 Divide both sides by 0.707. x = 17 / 0.707 What do you get?

    Yeah you're right. (: Actually when I did cos(45) it was actually 0.7071. So 17 divided by 0.7071, rounded would be 24.04.
