What are malignant tumors?

    Tumors are abnormal growths of body tissue. A MALIGNANT tumor comes from the root word "mal," which means "bad." Malignant tumors are cancerous tumors. They will keep growing and growing, until they are either stopped with medical treatment, or they kill the person with the tumor.
