Unusual question -- I have never seen ratios written that way before. Map scaling always begins with a 1 Like... 1:5000 or 1:10,000 Where 1 map unit is equivalent to 5000 land units. Or 1 map unit is equivalent to 10,000 land units. Seems like your answer choices are written in reverse?

0.01 meter = 1 centimeter. 1 meter = 100 centimeters So I would go with the second answer, or B.
