One group of students designed an experiment to demonstrate the interaction between Earth spheres. The steps of the experiment are listed below. - Place a heap of mud on a glass tray. - Make a hole with a finger in the middle of the heap. -Pour 50 mL vinegar, 20 mL liquid soap, and two drops of red food color into the hole. - Pour 30 mL baking soda solution into the hole. -Observe smoke and red liquid flowing out of the heap of mud.
