Erica painted a picture of her dog. The picture has an area of 3,600 square centimeters and is square. She has placed the picture in a frame that is 5 cm wide. What is the perimeter of the picture frame? Alright, I know that the answer is 280 cm, but I have no idea how to get there! Can someone please explain this for me? Thank you!
