you need to know a few things. 1) how many degrees do the angles in a 5-sided figure add up to ? 2) if you know angle G, you then could find the last (5th angle) of your figure

the rule is (# of sides -2)* 180 for the number of degrees in a figure. for 5 sides, it is (5-2)*180 or 3*180= 540 degrees See http://www.mathsisfun.com/geometry/interior-angles-polygons.html

I woud use "sum of angles in a triangle add up 180" to find G then use sum of angles in 5 sides (pentagon) add up to 540 degrees to find x
