    it's not less than 7 or equals to 7.it's less than 7 and equals to 7... see the difference 'or' gives u freedom of selection of any of the option either less or equal to but and gives u strict boundation of satisfaction of both possibilities

    Yeah "or" , "and" different meaning in inequalities.
