$V= \frac{ 20 * 10^ {-9}}{ 10^{-6} }=20*10^{-3} m/s$ and length = 0.001 m now firstly, find the acceleration using the relation $U^2=2*a*D$ where D is distance $a=\frac{ U^2 }{ 2D }=(20*10^{-3})/2*10^{-3}=10 m/s^2$ now force F=mass * acceleration$F= 10^{-8}* 10= 10^{-7} N$ = 10^(-7) N hope this helps you and remember every power is negative :D
