If I were to explain these steps in words, how would I do it? I'm not very good with evaluating expressions verbally. I would like some help, please and thank you 5(-6) + 5(-5) -30 + -25 - 55

    The original problem is 5a + 5b; a= –6, b = –5 I'm doing a step by step problem. For the first step, 5(-6)+5(-5) I said "first you substitute a and b with number values."
