A baseball of mass 0.145 kg approaches a bat at 40.0 m/s. After it is hit, the ball leaves the bat at 50.0 m/s directly back. Find the impulse of the bat on the ball. Please help, I'm so confused on how to do this. :(

its so easy the impulse would be 1.45 as change in velocity is 10 so multiply the mass by 10 and impulse will be 1.45
