The last two words in the sentence are our biggest clue: A TI. A TI means TO YOU. So, we would fill in the blank with TE (which is the indirect object pronoun for YOU). "¿Quién TE da las flores a ti?" "Who gives the flowers to you?"

You can look at the last two words again: A ELLOS. A ELLOS means TO THEM. So, we have to choose the direct object pronoun for THEM. You know which one that is?

It would actually be B -- A NOSOTROS. This sentence already gives us the indirect object pronoun -- NOS. But the last two words are missing. Those last two words would be A NOSOTROS, because they fit with NOS.

Let's look at the last three words this time, starting with A. A MI HERMANO, which means...TO MY BROTHER. (You could also say....TO HIM.) So, to fill in the blank, we have to remember two things: 1. The verb has to be in the YO form, because the sentence starts with YO. 2. The indirect object pronoun has to the the one that means HIM. So, we would say LE DOY. DOY is the Yo form of "dar." (to give) And LE is the indirect object pronoun for HIM.

This is another sentence where we already have the indirect object pronoun -- LE. But the last two (or three) words are missing. Whenever we have LE, we need to look for a matching part, that talks about ONE other person. And that's why "a mi abuela" would work.
