    The first one is 1*10^-7 you get that by going left of the 1 10 times and taking 3 zeros off (10-7) then on the second one just look and see if .0000001 is smaller or larger than .00000038 and .00000076

    I gave the explanasion in the first answer I did 1 is smaller than 3 or 7 so there fore the light is longer than the ultraviolet rays. because the exponents are the same
