    its D, when scientists disagree they will collaborate and work on the problem until a common ground is found, the others are not practical. a philosopher wouldn't be able to solve a problem two nuclear physicists where having, the previous method of doing things wouldn't need to be revise, just the approach, and b just doesn't make any sense.
