Which of the following describes the process of U.S. mobilization after the county entered the war? Mobilization was quick because there were so many leftover war supplies from the World War I effort. Mobilization was slow because the depression economy did not allow production to begin immediately. Mobilization was slow because citizens opposed the war effort and refused to enter the draft. Mobilization was quick because the country had instituted a peacetime draft to acquire soldiers.
