    y = 4x + 3 Is (6, -3) a point on this line? Is that the question?

    yes if y equals x and x is 4, it would be 6,-3

    Check point (6, -3) in the equation: y = 4x + 3 Is -3 = 4(6) + 3? Is -3 = 24 + 3? Is -3 = 27? Answer is no, so (6, -3) is not a point on this line.
