how do i go about this problem below? The average rate of change of the linear function f(x) = 6x + 3 between any two points is

    The average rate of change between any two points on the linear function is equal to the slope of the function.

    The formula for the average rate of change between points x = a and x = b would be (f(b) - f(a)) / b - a So it would depend on which two points you choose.
