Ok, this is the 2nd time i have brought this idea into play, we need a thing where a user cannot log into OPENSTUDY until he has verified a legit email, bc we have a user that keeps getting banned and banned nd banned and we need to stop this now its pretty annoying.

I second this post. Also, we need it so that way someone can't use the same e-mail address to make multiple accounts, because that just gets annoying. #TEAM PREETHA #TEAM KZ #TEAM KC

The admins know about this, they will most likely be working on this, we see everything, but I'm not sure how many programmers there re for this site.

is there any way to store the information in the website like, with cookies or something?
sorry if I seem like I have no idea what I'm talking about, because I have no idea what I'm talking about.
Well, we could probably implement a cookie of some sort that stays in the user's browser data that could interact with something else on the site to keep banned computers off. IPS are an issue because of the IP range, like a Library.... Sadly if you get banned on a public computer there might be an issue as well...
^ that's invasive
Well, I was thinking maybe put the feature in the code with the part of the website that puts the message up at the top that says you need to verify your account still. Maybe put that at the top of the first page (http://www.openstudy.com/) and make sure that you can't go to http://www.openstudy.com/study/ if the message is still at the top.
@modphysnoob not really, cookies are sent from sites all the time, you agree to use this iste also..... Cookies can be used to save Page data also... All it would do is check a code on the server to see if this computer is banned or not...
Agree!! @dmezzullo
