making one revolution means 360 degrees and in one revolution , generally it includes 365 days, but exception is a leap year with 366 days , so 365 days 360 degrees therefore 1 day =\[\frac{ 360 }{ 365 }\] degrees therefore 216 days means \[\frac{ 360 }{ 365 }*216=213.041 \]degrees

for leap year you have to add 360/365 degrees to 360 ;)
