    mostly need help with fractions

    If you hate the fractions that much, you can multiply the 4 over: 5x-25<13/4 *4 *4 4(5x-25)<13 Then solve. It's not recommended for big and annoying numbers, but you can use it because 5 and 25 are easy to multiply.
