Which type of exercises are best for training the cardiovascular system?

    isotonic or cardios as they are called in gyms as opposed to isometric or weights in common lang....weights increase muscle mass does nothing to heart or increase rate or stamina....so isotonic is good for heart eg running jogging swimming aerobics etc
