dont hv tht sorry!!! :/
i have geometry B
so would u know how to help and explain it to me?please..
well i cant make any promises becaue i am not so good at geometry either so yea
its not just about getting the answer...i need a lot of work to catch up on in geom,&BIOACD1, and i can't just know the answer, i need to actually know it and someone explain it
I dont. Sorry.

look at the sides which are correspondin
I want us to go step by step can u tell me the sides which are a corresponding plis
ok first of all the triangles are similar because they have the same angles
i know that.
cool 10 corresponds with 15
i would help but i suck at explaining things
thanks anyways @joannaxox3
so its 10:15
yea sorry i would but im just as bad as you but my brother helps me
simplifying that ratio we get 2:3
we got it by dividing by 5
how would u know what to divide though.
ok if u have 5:10 its the same as (5/10) fractional form so u simplify this fraction by dividing by 5 in numerator and denominator
but how did u know what number to divide though
Sorry, cant help u!
u divide by the highest common factor
5divided by 5 is 1 so then 5divided by 10 =.5
sory that's supposed to be 15
so the ratio is 2:3 smaller:bigger
so u are ok with the first one
yes know i get that...so it would be 2;3
what would i write as the statement?
because it says if they'r similar to write a statement ??
The two triangles are simila in the ration 2:3
number one is yes the ratio is 2/3 because 2/3 x 24 = 16
the two triangles are similar in the ratio 2:3
ok what about the next one.
A corresponds wit D ,B with E and C with F right
i need to understand it too , because i have more of these papers to do.
Now if u look at side AB and side DE ,de have been enlarged
its from 2 boxes to 3 boxes that's 2*x=3 find x
the x will be the scale factor of enlargment
i don't get this @ all...how would i find x,, i know AB and side DE have been enlarged. but what about 2 times x=3,.i don't get how u got what ur ssaying.
@trevorttreesh @TrentSuncloud @geometrysucks @geneticrockhopper247 @kugler97 @overtonka someone help me understand this!
Ab HAS been enlarged from 2boxes to 3 boxes
i need to turn this in today:/!
thanks @A_Level_Student for giving up on me.
what ya need @Kitt020912
I suck at geometry so I thought maybe you could help
@countonme123 can u help?!
What is the question? ^_^
#2 on the attachment.
i don't do attachments
my pc won't open em up
then just forget it,
sometimes mine wont either @seiga what problems do you still need help with? maybe you can draw them
ya i will help u......i know geometry very well
@Kitt020912 trust me they'r graphs and stuff so i don't think i can.plus im not a good drawer.
i have to turn this in by today.:"
you might want to visit mathway.com
i cant do that...i have to actually get it.in my head, not just get the answer but not know how i got it.
why am i tagged in this ?
i tagged everyone to see if they can help me with this geo paper.
whats the question
its on the attached file...
the first one i already know...i just need to get the rest.
math is my weakest subject , wish i could help you ! ,sorry hun
Woahh, sorry I haven't taken geometry yet!
i need to turn in this paper by today,...and im already late, and i can't fail this class!
Which one? o-o
number two and the rest of it...i already did number 1...
i skipped geometry class. i never taken it. :/ i looked at the questions and i have no idea how to do any of these .-.
For the second one, I think you just reflect triangle ABC over the x axis and dilate, but you'll have to check on that.
Yeah... It's right. The dilation rate is 2/3. You kinda stare at the graph. Congruent transformations include translations, reflects, and rotations. It's not translations or rotations because it it need that specific orientation
The 3rd one is all circles are similar because a circle is a shape created by a set of points that are a constant distance from the center point of the circle.
For 4, you know that there are corresponding angles created by the 2 transversals and the parallel lines. By getting 2 sets of congruent angles, AA~AA
I'm going to assume that you know how to find the lengths
lets just say u shouldn't assume..because i don't know nothing about this !
yeah im in the same as you, im taking a geometry online class & dont understand it very well:(
5. You have parallel lines, so alternate interior angles are congruent. You also have vertical angles congruent so AA~AA. Then, you use the theorum "If two triangles are similar, then the ratio of any two corresponding segments (such as altitudes, medians, or angle bisectors) equals the ratio of any two corresponding sides."
Just make sure you understand it, or a mod/touchy person will beat me with a stick for not making you think.
im not in geometry im n algebra2B
Holy cow. Hi guys. (;
to question #1 Δ QPR and ΔBAC are similar since they have pairs of angle equal, ∠PQR =∠ABC; ∠QPR =∠BAC and PRQ=∠ACB ---> they are similar. the ratio is PQ PR PR AQ AQ 2 -- = -- and -- = -- and -- = - AB AC AC BC BC 3 . you can calculate by replace the length of sides into my equation to figure out that the ratio between them is 2 - 3 the condition to have that conclusion is you must name the triangles in order makes them similar. if you change the order, you cannot find out the ratio. . I don't know whether you still need the explanation or not, if it's too late. I'm sorry. My help is out of date.
If you still need help for those question, let me know.
i need to show my work.
and i need to get all of them done, and can u please try to help me with my other bio question paper.
