Place the events in the correct order. a. Solid bodies grow into planetesimals. b. Condensation of elements into solids and liquids. c. Rocky, dense planetesimals merged into the inner planets. d. Tiny grains of condensed material begin to build up and converge. e. Icy planets far from the sun merged into gas giants.
