    it's easy. it's your format template for fonts, images etc. look at css zen templates and see how it makes it look classy with very little work. there are tons of websites that teach CSS

    Well, there's a template in here that uses CSS, but I can't change the text on the buttons and such ._.

    http://www.csszengarden.com you create your own css or even tweak current css that are already being used. it's a separate file, much like a text file, that manipulates the design structure.

    explore different css-manipulated websites and they give you the actual .css file and you can learn for yourself

    the websites are listed on the right-hand side of the website. there are plenty of examples from personal to business to educational.

    you need to access where the files are and then replace the .css file make sure you test it locally first so you know what it would look like http://www.csszengarden.com/?cssfile=091/091.css

    you create .htm/.html files for the web page, then you call a .css file in your html code.
