    i have a doll so im using it as juliet but i dont have a boy doll so i cant use that so i would have to make it and idk how

    Try finding a picture you like of romeo and use it as an outline/silhouette. You can then freehand it onto the cardboard, or print it out before layering it on top of the cardboard and then cutting. After that, you can draw in the features inside of the cut silhoutte, and then paint/paste colored paper/etc.
