800 tickets were sold for a theater production and the receipts for the performance were $8600. Adult tickets sold for $12.50 each while student tickets sold for $7.50 each. how many of each kind of ticket were sold?

    let the number of adult tickets be a and the number of student tickets be s. a+s=800 12.50a+7.50s=8600 Using this can u find them?
