Help with my mathematical exploration task: What should I start to look at? My idea is that a cube is approaching a sphere with a certain velocity and angle. As the cube passes through the sphere a graph (x/y=time/shared volume) is formed to represent the shared volume of the cube and the sphere as a function of time. How can I find this function?
