    14, 1. first you need to find out what 10% is. to find 10% you need to divide (20 divided by 10=2) therefore 10% = 2. Now that you know what 10% is you can work out the 70% if 10%=2 then all you have to do is multiply the 10% by 7 to get 70%. Whatever you do to the left side you have to do the right side. So you also have to times 2 by 7. therefore: 70%=14

    anytime you c of it means multiple...so convert 70% into decimal which is.7 then multiply it by 20... you get 14.
