 one year ago

Christina42872 Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
that is 7.32

timo86m Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
3 * sqrt(6) just as is
 one year ago

primeavlqueen22 Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
so is it 7.32 or 7.34
 one year ago

johnweldon1993 Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
just think of it like this what is \[\sqrt{54}\] it can be written as \[\sqrt{9}\sqrt{6}\] right? because the squareroot of 9 times the square root of 6 is the square root of 54 right? so what is the square root of 9? 3 so your answer is 3 * square root 6
 one year ago

Christina42872 Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
the answer is 7.32

let me ask you if I asked you to simplify x * x ...what would you say that is? x² correct? now what if I asked you to EVALUATE x * x ? what would you say? you don't know it. the difference between evaluating and simplifying

primeavlqueen22 Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
are you asking me or her
 one year ago

johnweldon1993 Group TitleBest ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0
either...I'm trying to point out...that the question asked to simplify...not solve...the answer would be 3 * square root 6
