Subtraction :-). Let's look at your question, cross out unnecessary crap! 15 degrees F and the wind makes it feel like -20 degrees F. What is the diff. between the actual temp. and the wind chill? 20 - 15 = 5 So there's a five degrees difference between the wind chill temperature and the actual temperature.
