    Let 2sin/theta/ +4 cos/theta/ = rcos(theta + alpha) then 2sin/theta/ + 4cos/theta/ = r(costheta * cosalpha - sintheta * sinalpha) 2 sin/theta/ + 4cos/theta/ = (-r*sinalpha)sin/theta/ + (r cosalpha) cos/theta/ =>-rsinalpha =2 =>r cosalpha =4
