    I agree with you the first one is a :) and I believe that the last one is d because I do not remember Vermont in the list ....i think it came later on (: is that all the questions you have??

    well it is not d and it is not pilgrims so it is separatists or puritans and I believe that it is puritans because they wanted freedom of religion
