im writing essay over "thinking on mistakes" ...!! how does it help and how could it be harmful ..any suggestion friends :)

    ->i think these points can help you, you need proper integration of it ->learning from mistake makes us who we are, ->ignorance of mistake put us in trouble ->over thinking on mistake can put you in depression ->life without mistake is no fun ->improving mistake is a journey towards perfection so basically, thinking over mistakes is a compulsion, to have an ideal life but over thinking could be very harmful....hope this helps you :D you just need to ponder the cause of mistake thats it :D
