Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1Well..so you have the shipment fee of 4.99 and the per pound fee of 0.65. So.. Lets look at the per pound fee. You have a piece of furniture that is 8 POUNDS. To find the total amount you need to pay for the whole piece of furniture you need to multiply 0.65 x 8 agree? 0.65 x 8= 5.20 Now we know that the piece of furniture costs $5.20 You buy that piece of furniture and its shipping price is $4.99 so now you have to add the shipping cost to the cost of the piece of furniture. that would be.. $4.99 + $5.20 = $10.19
