    During the first stage of the kick when the leg is bent backward. the muscle behind (Biceps femoris, Semitendinosus and semimembranosus) contracts while the one in front (Quadricep femoris) is relaxed, in the 2nd stage it is vice versa, the muscle behind is relaxed while the one in front contracts..........
