The Peripheral nervous system(parts of the nervous system outside the brain and spinal cord) is divided into Autonomic and Somatic Nervous division, the autonomic controls involuntary muscle movement such as heart beat, bladder movements, intestinal movement and other stuffs like that which we cannot control while the somatic controls voluntary skeletal muscles. So the most likely answer is A, cause the autonomic would control heart rate
