1. A, Hiroshima hadn't been bombed yet, so they could easily measure the effects of the first ever A-Bomb. 2. B, Eisenhower had complete control over the project. 3. A, they had to surrender or they faced "sudden destruction"... we warned them! Hope this helps!

Hiroshima wasn't actually targeted though lol...the day was cloudy and the bomb was meant for tokyo...because of the clouds they could not find tokyo so they dropped it on hiroshima since it had an airbase and it was not cloud covered
