i) Well OS admins may have started working on your problem ii) You can press print screen button snap the screen simultaneously. iii) The screenshot you posted happens also with me, but not always. I usually try to open OS in firefox, it works fine it.

@mathslover All i use is firefox bc of certain software or program wutever u wanna call it, and that is the one tht usually has the most problems the other web browsers don't usually... Not that i have heard of at least.
While I appreciate the comments on this thread, here is the question I would like answered: How do I contact Tech Support to report a problem with the functioning of my Open Study account? Is there a dedicated thread for Tech Support? Or, an e-mail address?

Specific problems can be posted here, in the OS feedback group. The development team responds to bug repors, as do users from the computer science group who often have much insight of their own. Bug reports can also be submitted to the admins responsible for coding the site via direct message (shadow). When people report bugs to other mods via message, we usually either refer the person directly to shadow or forward the messages as best we can. Or you may email firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to deal directly with the admins. I believe the point person checking that email address is not a member of the development team, but will forward your message as appropriate. I am sorry for all the bugs over the last few days - reporting bugs so the smart people can track them down is really, really helpful. :)
