you can try clearing cookies, or logout and again login , or restart/reinstall the browser. this actually is the tech problem...i am not sure i can help much....

i) Which browser are yo using? ii) http://java.com/en/download/ iii) Did you try clearing your browser's cookies? iv) Do you have antivirus ?

The only thing I have not done is clear my cookies and idk how to do that And I am just using internet explorer

tools > internet options in General tab, under 'Browsing History' click on 'delete' then check \(\checkmark\) only cookies and uncheck others.

@ALYSSA_Irene_Keeton I have the same problem you do regarding replying to messages. It is a new problem that began last week. So frustrating. I will attach the screen shots so that the others can see what we are saying. The problem is NOT about cookies and browsers. The problem has to go with a "bug" in the operation of the OpenStudy site.
