    Read this article. You will findwhat you seek. My first venn diagram image and the answer obtained from that is incorrect. You must put the two sets together and take out repeats.

    Well, I'm as worthy of trust as wiki. The wiki math articles have yet to fail me. If you don't want to read wiki, just google union set theory and see if what you get disagrees.
