    @poopsiedoodle I log off the OpenStudy site when I am not on the site. So, I don't know what's up with the icons remaining behind "looking around" or whatever. Many times, the icon shows "offline" when the OpenStudier is "online." If I could just get my webmail envelope function here on OS to work, I would be ecstatic. I posted a thread about my problem here at the Feedback Forum. So far, no results. What we need is a direct way to communicate with Tech Support.

    This glitch has been around for so long. No use in even reporting it anymore.

    There is always a use reporting something. It eventually is noticed by mods and admins as a problem.
