start with touch up
are you going to post these in design group?
they will be both here and there...i will be back..about to start...
Done with Photoshop Basic Touch Up Part One...Now to the editing stages!
Err, why are you reinventing the wheel?
these are being made SPECIFICALLY for openstudy.
There are thousands of PS tutorials online. What do you mean by "specifically for OpenStudy"?
I am making a touch up one...just for some specific people who want to know...and then i am going to make the owl design one...specifically for openstudy...
I think they need to start with the basics of PS. They should not limit their designing knowledge to your school (type) of owl design. They'd become independent and use their own creativity. Those were my $0.02. :-)
People who are actually interested would do this on their own. :-|
I understand...and this is my dollar...I am making the tutorial with the basics of photo editing...for anyone that needs it...I am also going to make one specifically for owls...
LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL^^^ "this is my dollar"
Again, reinvention of the wheel. :-\
Anyway, do it.
I know...your two cents plus my 98 = one dollar...yay...we are a team... -_-
i feel as if he was going to do it whether you gave him permission or not. i don't think you should be criticizing him. we should be supporting him. as you said, there's loads of tutorials, so why not be one of them? and also, people learn in different ways and not all of those tutorials are easy for people to understand. if snuggie can teach it properly and clearly, then he'll be a big hit
He doesn't need my permission. That was just my opinion
lol...thx aravindg...parth...i know i understand! everyone has the right to there opinion...there are no hard feelings...I'm chill lol
59 percent complete...over half way there...rendering is the longest part...its funny...it takes longer than the video...
ugh...i knew somthing was wron...the recording messed up...gotta do another screen reocrding
Parth, I hear you. But just because there is another explanation doesnt meant that we dont need yet another one. (-: Sometimes a diff explanation can make a lot of sense. Half a million users get an explanation from their teachers or books, but they still come to OS to get a peer's explanation. Snuggie has just taken the OS concept and is riffing on it - this is in the spirit of OpenStudy. It would be great if you did post the links you found most useful in here to add to Snuggies.
I am now finished all i have to do is edit it and post it...my mic isnt working well so i had a few audio issues
you never realize how high pitched your voice is until you hear it...
So this is how my crappy looking friends make themselves look like Miranda Kerr on facebook.
@poopsiedoodle @Preetha @AriPotta @BostonBlue @SWAG @dmezzullo
lol yes it is rajathsbhat
erm... what am I doing here? o-o
just wanted to let yo know i finished part one...look above
notice the changed eye color and fixed eyebrows
cool ;) i don't have photoshop, but i'll watch it if i have time today :]
yeah @AriPotta Its not really just about photoshop...its about the methods you would use...the method of correction then blur to even out facial tone and texture...
i took a class once at school and we were taught about that stuff. pretty fun. but since i didn't have it at home, i couldn't really practice it and i didn't have a reason to pursue it, ya know
Well...imma tell you somthing really quick...@AriPotta There is a lot of money in this job...A LOT...you can even do some of this stuff with gimp...
I want @ParthKohli 's opinion...
I'm here. What'd you need an opinion on? :-P
Like you don't know :P
part two done...editing now
Hm, you should make a tutorial for The GIMP as well. Photoshop costs too much for most of the people I know who aren't into professional editing. The GIMP is free, so no risk involved if you want to try it out.
I was not doing the gimp tools...i was just teaching the basic CONCEPTS. not the tools just the ideas you can use...like the blur and erase for skin retouching
I FORGOT TO UPLOAD PAR TWO
great stuff, snuggie! :D
