Please help me. You are asking to make a scale drawing of a ski resort in cm. which of these following ratios in cm would be most appropriate for your drawing? 1:400 4,000:1 1:4,000

    It's the last one, as 4000:1 implies that for every 4000cm of drawing, there is 1cm of building, conversely, the last one 1:4000 implies that for every centimeter of drawing, there are 40 metres of building.

    ok, that makes sense, i was unsure of which side means the ski resort
