What is y2? Is it y*2 or some variable y2?

X and Y have an inverse relationship, this means that as X increases, Y decreases at the same rate, so if Y were to decrease from 18 to 3, X would increase (the inverse) by that same amount. Take the number that Y must decrement to reach 3 and increment X by that number to get your answer.
