    --Swimming helps in overall body development since you use almost all your body parts so its wrong. --Lifting weights helps to develop your muscles. --Walking briskly is a weight bearing exercise so it definitely helps improve bone and joint health. --Jumping rope helps in general muscle toning.

    isometricsbring more stress on bones ..ans according to wolffs law induces more bone formation
