Start with buying a book about biology :P If you're in college i recommend Campbell Biology (ISBN 9780321739759) Miller and Levine Biology is a good book for regular/basic high school level biology (ISBN 9780130367013).

I would recommend starting with some Biochemistry considering the fact that systems biology is all about how things interact. Lehninger's biochemistry text books would be a great start considering you have some basic organic chemistry background.
